Let’s put it in Action:  5 Course Aphrodisiac Meal

  • Your Aperitif: A coconut based cocktail with Oysters or salmon & crackers
  • Starter:
    • Bruschetta & Salad: Bruschetta with lots of basil, garlic, Celery and olive oil. And side salad with fresh arugula, pumpkin seeds, avocado & carrots. Complimented with ginger-garlic dressing
    • Coconut based cocktail & an oyster (for the brave), or Salmon & crackers
  •  Main Dish
    • Pasta tossed with pesto (pine nuts, basil, and garlic and pinch nutmeg )
  •  Second Dish
    • Whole artichoke boiled and then oven cooked with some parmesan and finely diced onions & some truffle. Complimented with some sea vegetables & almonds with a dash of fresh chilli oil.
  •  Dessert
    • Dark chocolate fondu with strawberries, banana, watermelon, and dates
    •  Followed by an espresso with a hint of vanilla
